Job Overview

The Channel Marketing Program Coordinator role coordinates and facilitates administrative elements of dealer facing programs including co-op claim processing and reporting. This role provides support to Regional Marketing Managers and dealers in their use of annually earned co-op funds, including the building of their program in Salesforce and management of the Dealer Claims Portal. The Channel Marketing Program Coordinator will take a proactive role in partnering with the Channel Marketing Programs Team to ensure consistent execution, compliance, documentation, communication, and evolution of channel programming. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for dealer engagement and programming.

Responsibilities

  • Provide co-op pre-approvals to customers on claim requests as needed and document any feedback.
  • Process dealer co-op claims daily, including coding and entering required information in Salesforce and following standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze claim requests to ensure adherence to policy before processing. Partner and communicate with Regional Marketing Managers and/or the dealer to address claims that do not meet policy.
  • Communicate with dealers, internal stakeholders, and channel marketing partners via phone, email, Salesforce and/or Microsoft Teams responding to program questions, and claim statuses promptly.
  • Document communications related to claims on claim record, including but not limited to discrepancies, requests for more information, etc.
  • Support and drive various elements of Marketing programs as delegated.
  • Provide regular claim reporting and insights.
  • Run weekly and YTD claim reports for accounting reconciliation and balancing.
  • Process budgetary activities including invoices and supporting forecast initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing program projects as assigned.
  • Support various Channel Program functions and experiences as needed – agreements and contracts, communications, program systems and platforms
  • Provide administrative support for new Channel Marketing programs and initiatives as delegated.

Compensation

$23/hr - $28/hr

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

 

Education / Experience 

 

  • High School Diploma (Bachelors degree preferred)
  • 2 years Salesforce experience preferred
