Job Overview

The Marvin Experience Associate Coordinator provides support to learning events and experiences. This includes monitoring and scheduling of experience requests, the creation and maintenance of trip schedules, scheduling and coordination of travel, lodging, and events for groups attending learning events. In this role, you will serve as a contact for participants and help coordinate communication between the groups and stakeholders.

Highlights of your role

  • Ensure that the Destination Marvin spaces create a welcoming and positive first impression throughout the day
  • Interact with Marvin Dealers and Executives to ensure an elevated experience while participants are in Warroad or other Marvin locations.
  • Responsible for implementing daily office procedures, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Responsible for ordering guest services supplies and inventory management.
  • Establish and foster relationships with local food vendors to support the Destination Marvin program and other business-related initiatives.
  • Identify and explore opportunities for local business partnerships in dining and accommodations.
  • Collaborate with community leaders to find partnerships with vendors and organizations that align with and elevate the Destination Marvin experience.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of communications and logistics related to learning events by providing outstanding experiences for partners and Marvin employees. Schedule and coordinate of travel, lodging, and events for groups attending learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Experience Manager and Learning Experience Facilitators to ensure a successful experience for participants.

Compensation

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour

  • Strong communicator adept at engaging with diverse teams and levels within the organization, including interactions with executive leadership
  • Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Quick in assessing situations, enabling prompt and informed decision-making

Also want to make sure you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience planning and organizing events or similar experience.
  • Experience using Salesforce or related CRM platform preferred
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, facilitating clear and effective interactions
