Highlights of your role

  • Build, implement, and maintain audience strategies and sales tools for product launches and dealer programs. 

  • Lead the planning and execution of regional dealer growth development plans, programs, and product launches to support sales goals and business objectives. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers, builders, architects and Marvin sales leadership. Use these relationships to develop and implement channel strategies and annual audience planning efforts. 

  • Provide audience insights by collecting, analyzing, and evaluating information in key markets. Develop personas, uncover new business opportunities, and lead annual campaign planning. 

  • Manage a team of Regional Marketing Managers located across the country to build loyalty and drive growth within channels. Ensure consistency in team roles across locations and establish standard operating procedures. 

Compensation

$90,000 - $118,000 annually

  • Proven ability to direct a team in with a focus on development and growth 

  • Strong people leadership skills
  • Industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce CRM 

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills 

Also want to make sure you have

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field 

  • 8+ years of Marketing experience, or relevant sales or customer experience background 

  • Ability to travel 40-50% of the time
