Highlights of your role

  • Lead, mentor and develop the HR team, setting high standards for customer service, responsiveness, proactivity, and effective communication.
  • Assess the effectiveness of employee programs using metrics, data, and feedback. Provide guidance to leadership on potential changes as needed.
  • Oversee all local HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, leave management, and total rewards administration.
  • Ensure HR policies, programs, and reporting follow legal requirements. Attend trainings around HR law as needed (BOLI employment law, NHRMA, etc.)
  • Champion a culture of safety, collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement.

 

Compensation

$125,000 - $140,000 annually

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
  • 5+ years of Human Resources leadership experience

 

Also want to make sure you have

  • Professional certification is strongly preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
  • Ability to develop, translate, and implement critical initiatives into operational and tactical plans
  • Proven ability to communicate information to varying levels of the organization
