The Continuous Improvement Facilitator will assist the Continuous Improvement department in compiling information and assisting with improvement activities.

• Assist CI manager with updating monthly/quarterly business plan matrices and PowerPoint presentations
• Coordinate use of continuous improvement tools, including 5S, Safety, Lean, Autonomous Maintenance, team skills, etc with various groups.
• Coordinate training on CI tools with various groups as required by the CI manager
• Assist in developing, prioritizing and implementing continuous improvement activities
• Create presentations from information collected from team members to be shared with various levels of leadership.
• Collect data from CI technologists and engineers.
• Design/deliver department specific training plans and programs; act as training coordinator for assigned groups as defined by the CI manager.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of computer basics (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ICIM, SharePoint)
• Experience in working in manufacturing
• Experience in working in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of continuous improvement and lean operations
• Experience in facilitation, training, instruction, communication or teaching a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent
