Job Overview

The Integration senior manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex IT system solutions and application and data integration frameworks. This role involves evaluating client needs, developing customized project plans, managing system integrations, and ensuring solutions effectively address business challenges. The position also includes overseeing development teams, coordinating deliverables, and contributing to strategic planning and process improvements within the department.

Highlights of your role

  • Develop integration strategies and oversee ongoing system integration processes.
  • Plan, develop and oversee delivery and support of all application integration services.
  • Manage the design, development, and configuration of complex IT systems and architectural frameworks for client organizations.
  • Evaluate client needs, develop customized project plans, and define project scopes to align with organizational objectives.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to manage stakeholder demand, expectations, and adoption for integration services
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of developers and programmers, ensuring the quality of deliverables prior to deployment.
  • Review  team technical specifications used for development and implementation processes.
  • Monitor project progress, facilitate scope changes in response to evolving scope requirements, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Review and oversee testing processes to ensure they effectively address business challenges.
  • Budget and financial  management for personnel, including employees and contractors, as well as all hardware/software licensing, vendor, contract, and renewal management.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic direction, goal setting, and departmental initiatives.
  • Create a culture of experimentation, forward thinking, collaboration, togetherness, and continuous improvement

Compensation

130000-175000

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT service delivery, technology platform management, or software engineering with progressive responsibility and leadership in a corporate IT environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage complex tasks, lead teams, and direct the work of others.
  • Strong experience with project management, including scope definition, progress tracking, and change management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with full authority over personnel decisions in the team.
  • Experience contributing to strategic planning, with an understanding of budgeting and process improvement.
  • 3+ years of experience leading an application integration function.
  • 3+ years of experience managing API management software such as Boomi, Azure API Management or Mulesoft.
