Job Overview

The Manager, Learning Experience, will be responsible for the leading the instructional design function for all external partners and internal customer-facing roles within the organization. All solutions must be rooted in competencies with the end goal of driving performance. This position oversees an internal team of instructional designers. This team focuses on the design and development of innovative, learner-centered, and impactful learning experiences that enable strategic business objectives. This role requires knowledge and skill in adult learning strategy, instructional design, and learning technology.

The role will assist in developing the strategy and content roadmaps for the digital learning experience - to support new product launches, systems training and sales effectiveness for our external partners and customer facing internal teams to help us take our learning experiences to the next level. These roadmaps will provide a best-in-class learning experience by delivering learning in the "moments that matter" along the learner's journey. This will be accomplished by taking a learner-centered design approach to curriculum development. This role will participate in coming up with innovative ways to enhance and optimize our self-paced, instructor-led, blended learning experiences in addition to performance support solutions.
