This role is a data lover's dream! Marvin is looking for a Director of Data and Analytics to redefine how the organization works with data. In this role, you'll manage a team of architects, engineers and analysts to develop our data & analytics strategy. By developing positive relationships across the organization, you'll foster the planning, prioritization and execution of the strategy.

Define the organization's data and analytics vision, strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the VP IT Transformation & Operations.
Develop strong business and IT partner relationships to support the building and execution of Marvin’s data and analytic roadmap.
Establish and maintain trust in data assets by instituting governance mechanisms for data and algorithms.
Champion and guide the development of self-service analytic capabilities. Voice support for data-driven decision making and the art of the possible at Marvin.
Lead data-driven innovation for the enterprise, including investigation, adoption and use of artificial intelligence.
Experience designing and implementing modern data architectures including cloud services, data fabric, data mesh, data virtualization, data lake, real-time data distribution and modern data warehouse tools.
Ability to evaluate, develop, and build talent to meet business and technology demands.
Ability to translate strategic objectives/roadmaps into tactical execution plans/projects delivered iteratively.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant experience in design and implementation of data models, strategies and roadmaps for enterprise data & analytics initiatives.
5+ years of experience in leading or managing analytics teams.
Strong knowledge of database technologies and architecture including Oracle, SQL/NoSQL platforms, analytic and visualization applications such as Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau etc.
