We are looking for an Information Systems Technician to provide technical support and solutions to all users in our Kansas City facility. The ideal candidate has strong PC and basic networking skills, demonstrable experience with Microsoft, and isn't afraid to get out on the plant floor assisting with technology needs as they arise.

Participate as a member of the Helpdesk to log and resolve calls for support of Information Systems users by troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on network equipment, servers, computers, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
Assist in the support and administration of Network and Systems Management including network cabling (install, terminate, and problem resolution), telephone/voicemail systems, video conferencing, and multi-media audio visual equipment.
Research, analyze and test Information Systems solutions, creating efficiency/cost reduction and assist with training end-users.
Maintain and develop documentation and procedures, sharing knowledge and effectively communicating with team members and management.
Experience with VMware and Active Directory preferred
Solid understanding of Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications is required
Proven knowledge of networking principles and security protocols required
Associate’s degree in computer/network support
3-5 years of experience in an Information Systems role
Training/certification in scissor and boom lift operations is required (ability to access network connections for installation, troubleshooting and repair)
