Highlights of your role

  • Support the Internal Communications team with creating, editing, and delivering content across various platforms, ensuring timely and accurate messaging to employees. 
  • Coordinate the company's recognition programs and develop communications that celebrate employees and boost program participation. 

  • Track and analyze internal communication metrics to measure communication effectiveness. Use data, feedback, and creativity to improve employee communications. 

Compensation

$21.00 - $28.00 per hour

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

Education / Experience:

  • 1-3 years of communications (or similar field) experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred 

Also want to make sure you have

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners across the business

  • Proficiency in using a wide variety of print, digital and video platforms

  • Ability to use metrics and data to measure effectiveness and drive improvement

  • Experience using design tools like Canva and drag and drop online content platforms is a plus

This opportunity may also include a life change in terms of location. We offer relocation support to help you move to Warroad, Minnesota, where Marvin is headquartered.
