You're an ideal candidate if you have experience in adult learning, instructional design, learning technology, and multimedia development. You'll be asked to share a portfolio of example courses, reference guides, and videos if possible. Highlights of your role

  • Develop and design instructional programs that follow instructional design theory and adult learning principles.
  • Develop course concepts and define learning needs, objectives, content, delivery methods, assessments, and supporting materials.
  • Write course content based on expert input and existing materials, creating diverse educational resources like eLearning courses, videos, and guides.
  • Test content in the LMS to ensure functionality, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Track training effectiveness through metrics and benchmarks, reporting insights to management. 

Salary Range

73,689-98,252

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design and actively creating learning and training content from start to finish 

Also want to make sure you have

  • Proficiency in various systems including Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe, and Microsoft Office.
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and modalities, creating interactive experiences.
