Marvin at 7 Tide is Marvin’s Brand Experience Center, a unique aspect of Marvin’s Marketing function. The facility is open to the public, welcoming architects, builders, homeowners and our dealer partners to learn about the brand, design possibilities, and product portfolio at Marvin.
The Project Manager will lead the management and execution of all projects from intake through completion to support the operations of the space. This role will develop detailed and flexible project plans, partnering closely with all relevant departments – marketing, sales, product management, digital, and more – to drive progress towards business objectives and deliver projects on-time and within scope and budget. The ideal candidate has an ability to prioritize work, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to recognize and solve problems quickly.
Leads and drives end-to-end project management for multiple, concurrent initiatives for Marvin at 7 Tide including definition of project scopes, plans, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key partners. Ensure projects are being prioritized to best support critical business initiatives.
Track project timelines, achievements, and deliverables using project management software. Provide regular reporting and updates on project status.
Manage team resources and workload to understand the capacity and capability across the team and plan project resources accordingly.
Coach, mentor, and educate team members on principles and processes of project management to ensure engagement and compliance to project management process.
Expert level of experience using Microsoft Office Suite products and project management software like Asana, Smartsheet, etc. to manage projects.
