The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, data analytics, and business intelligence, with the technical skills to present actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Collaboration: Work effectively across several business units and functions to define reporting and analytics requirements. Ensure related metrics across business units are aligned with strategic priorities.
Data Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s business processes and customer journeys and how to connect them to data.
Visualizing Data: Design and showcase data that is clear and easy to understand, tells a story, and delivers actionable insights.
Optimize Performance: Lead the design of data transformation processes, including dataflows and datasets, as well as create dashboard wireframes and stories describing their function.
Provide Insights: Analyze, monitor, and identify trends or gaps in key performance metrics. Communicate and present insights to colleagues and partners.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including Salesforce CRM Analytics, SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language),and other Salesforce products.
Experience with data integration tools and techniques, such as Salesforce Data Loader, ETL tools, and APIs.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
Salesforce certification in Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant is highly preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience with BigQuery, Google Analytics, marketing attribution models, and Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
