Senior Administrative Specialist

The Senior Administrative Specialist assists the VP of Technology and the Sr Director of EPT with administrative functions (Enterprise Platform Transformation). This role will also support the EPT PMO through creating, maintaining and updating program reports, event coordination and developing base content for leadership presentations.

• Support the Program Management Office of EPT through project coordination activities and communication of priorities.
• Lead the coordination of program activities, including executive updates, program communications, and travel and calendar planning for 3rd party partners to meet with Marvin teams.
• Facilitate the preparation and creation of reoccurring reports and presentations.
• Prepares and maintains project plans, tracks project progress, and prepares reports for clients or project stakeholders. Reviews project requirements, identifies interdependencies with internal and external departments or service providers, and ensure work is completed as needed.
• Ability to identify and prioritize actions that require immediate attention of the VP of Tech and Sr Director of EPT.
• Manage expense reporting, travel coordination, schedule management and the organization of weekly priorities for the VP of Tech. And Sr Director of EPT.
• Maintain excellent organization of priorities and documents with a strong attention to detail
• Build strong relationships to foster creative thinking and constructive feedback.
• Partner with others to overcome challenges and reduce risk.
• Ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision

• Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college/university preferred or an equivalent combination of training or experience.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft software solutions
• Ability to travel to other facilities as needed
• Effective communication & messaging skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
• Strong critical thinking skills to solve problems
• 1-2 years project coordination preferred
