This role assists the Learning & Development team in all administrative functions. Responsibilities include training new employees during onboarding, ensuring associates are continuously growing and learning and maintaining accuracy of training databases, metrics, and documentation. 

Highlights of your role

  • Promote a positive culture, making Marvin a great place to work by bringing a positive attitude, promoting great teamwork, and holding high expectations 

  • Research, plan and conduct training programs for production, supervisory, technical, and front-line managers including writing material, modifying existing and proposed programs, and co-facilitating trainings 

  • Maintain training documentation and the training calendar for Warroad. Coordinating the scheduling of appropriate resources, preparing physical setup, and distributing training aids and instructional materials 

  • Administer employee surveys to evaluate training programs, analyze responses, and report findings. Write and submit revisions to training programs as needed. 

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Four to six years of related teaching or training experience is strongly preferred 

  • Bilingual language preferred (Spanish/English)

Also want to make sure you have

  • Ability to work independently and under minimal directions 

  • Must possess the ability to communicate with employees, trainers from other companies, professional training group members, and consultants- either by phone, in person, or through written correspondence.
