Job Overview

Coordinates the work of internal maintenance staff or external contractors charged with the maintenance and repair of company property.

Highlights of your role

  • Takes requests for maintenance from employees, tenants, customers, or other visitors, and creates work orders.
  • Triages requests and schedules maintenance, expediting emergency repairs.
  • Identifies and selects external contracts or vendors, and may negotiate contracts.
  • Ensures that repairs are completed in accordance with internal policies and service agreements.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Ability to perform work under minimal supervision
  • Handle complex issues and problems, and refer only the most complex issues to higher level staff
  • Comprehensive knowledge of subject matter
  • Ability to provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group
  • Ability to act as a lead or first-level supervisor

 

Schedule:

7:30am – 3:30pm, and any required overtime
