The Learning Experience Manager, (Service and Install Training), will be responsible for the development of a nationwide service and install training strategy for Marvin’s dealers and channel partners. This will include creating programs to support our partners in the proper installation and servicing of Marvin products through a blended learning approach that will include classroom training, virtual learning and self-directed learning solutions. They will be responsible for the rollout of these programs, the ongoing development of the programming and reporting on results. This role will lead a team of regional Service and Install Learning Specialists that will execute and support these programs. This role requires knowledge and skill in adult learning strategies, field service and install, program development, and learning facilitation.
