Job Overview

The Marvin Learning Experience Coordinator provides support to Destination Marvin and other learning events and experiences. This includes monitoring and scheduling of experience requests, the creation and maintenance of monthly trip schedules, scheduling and coordination of travel, lodging, and events for groups attending the Warroad Experience. They will also serve as the primary contact for participants including collecting the purpose of the trip, assisting in the creation of the groups custom agenda and coordinating communication to the groups and stakeholders.

Highlights of your role

  • Coordinate and execute communications, logistics and metrics related to Destination Marvin by providing outstanding experiences for partners and Marvin employees, in pursuit of organizational and audience-based goals.
  • Communicate event details and manage event communication timelines with a high level of visibility and inclusiveness to all key internal and external stakeholders and participants.
  • Use and manage platforms and tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Smartsheet.
  • Facilitate pre-event planning elements including project intake and meetings stakeholders and participants.
  • Schedule and coordinate of travel, lodging, and events for groups attending the Marvin Experiences.
  • Manage logistics concerning transportation, facilitators, and space.
  • Prepare and send event communications via Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Experience Manager and Learning Experience Facilitators to ensure successful experience for participants.
  • Assist with the development and dissemination of event follow-up materials.
  • Establish measurables/metrics prior to event and deliver results post-event.
  • Work within budget parameters.
  • Continually look for opportunities for streamlining processes.
  • Serve as back-up and administrative support for the Learning Experience team and other Marvin experiences.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience planning and organizing events or similar experience.
  • Experience using Salesforce or related CRM platform preferred
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
