In this role, you will build, shape and reinvigorate the way Marvin goes to market - digging into the data to improve our processes to enhance customer relationships, strengthen the sales team, and drive new business across the organization.

Highlights of your role

  • Lead Inside Sales and Field Sales Support teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow market share.
  • Analyze current operational processes and data metrics; identify critical needs and areas to improve.
  • Lead sales reporting and analysis to aid in forecasting and planning.
  • Create vision and lead the sales training process for internal team and dealer partners.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Business operations experience, specifically in project management and implementing process improvements.
  • Prior experience in a sales operations leadership role.
  • Strong competency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), processes, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and use insights to drive decision-making.

Also want to make sure you have

  • Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent industry experience. All combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in sales, strategy, marketing, and/or operations.
  • Ability to travel nationwide potentially up to 30%
