The Senior Internal Communications Partner will create communications to inform 7,500+ Marvin employees, with an emphasis on leadership and company updates from our headquarters located in Warroad, MN. Highlights of your role

  • Develop and Implement Internal Communication Strategies: Collaborate with operations and HR leaders to develop communication plans that support business objectives, promote clarity, and drive employee engagement. 

  • Lead Communications Campaign Execution: Manage messaging execution in support of local and enterprise/HR initiatives and policies, including large-scale company announcements and campaigns. 

  • Create Engaging Content: Produce clear and compelling written and visual content that aligns with organizational messaging for various internal channels, including newsletters, intranet posts, email updates, and digital signage. 

  • Facilitate Change Communication: Support operational initiatives by developing change communication plans and materials to help employees understand the rationale, impact, and benefits of changes within the organization. 

  • Coordinate Operational Communications Engagements: Partner with operational leaders to plan and hold employee town hall meetings and communications platform training sessions. 

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Well-developed and dynamic writing skills and the ability to compose clear, engaging communications that tell a story, drive clarity, and motivate diverse audiences across a wide variety of situations on print, digital, and video platforms 

  • Ability to turn complex, sophisticated business messages into communications that are appropriate for different audiences and business lines (e.g., senior leaders, managers, all employees) 

  • Strong ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization including executive leadership; proven experience supporting executive communications 

  • Strongly skilled in relationship-building, project management, prioritization, juggling multiple projects, problem solving, and using metrics and data to measure effectiveness and drive improvement 

Also want to make sure you have

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (required) 

  • 5+ years work experience developing enterprise-wide communication initiatives 

  • Experience working across multiple innovative channels and platforms, including social media, video and digital
