Job Overview

The Leadership Development Partner is responsible for the execution of the Leadership Experience at Marvin to unlock our employees’ potential. This position will work as part of the Leadership Development team to create, execute and update programs & processes in alignment with the HR strategy at Marvin. Specifically, this position will be responsible for the LMS administration, logistics, coordination and delivery of our Leadership Development Programs.

Highlights of your role

  • Partner with local HR and business leaders and other internal stakeholders to communicate awareness and engagement of programs and ensure alignment with respect to leadership development needs.
  • Participate in the end-to-end design of leadership development programs including but not limited to the development, facilitation, and measurement which advance the business’ strategy, vision, and values. 
  • Partner and collaborate with other Trainers/Facilitators supporting leadership development programs across multiple sites to enhance and streamline processes/procedures and delivery of programs.
  • Collaborate, support and execute delivery schedule of Leadership Development programs.
  • Apply expert facilitation skills by utilizing multiple delivery formats including instructor-led and virtual classroom to deliver leadership programs.
  • Responsible for managing and supporting all program logistics including program sessions, participant enrollment, monitoring assignments and following up with participants.
  • Seek opportunities to link programs and processes with other key HR, Talent Management, and organizational processes. 
  • Review and update materials based on continuous improvement to increase learning outcomes
  • Partner with team members to create sustained learning processes that support the evaluation of training programs, measure participant learning, and make changes with the goal of continuous quality improvement of training.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education or related field.
  • 1-3 years demonstrated experience of end-to end design and delivery of leadership development programs or relevant experience.
  • 1-3 years demonstrated experience of Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Certifications in various leadership development programs preferred
  • Familiarity with 360-degree assessments and other inventories (e.g., personality, values, motives, etc.) 
  • Ability to travel to other locations as needed

  • Strategic and critical-thinking skills focused on developing strategy and continue process improvement of programs
  • Understanding and experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Continuous learning mentality and willingness to acquire new certifications and skill sets
  • Ability to facilitate multiple programs with various leadership levels of leaders
  • Work in a variety of settings/modalities, including group or virtual settings
