Job Overview

The Service Operations Installation Specialist supports Scenic Door installation services from quote to completion, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process. This role coordinates installation projects, manages customer communications, supports operational programs and compliance initiatives, and serves as a key partner across Service Operations, Installation, and Learning Experience teams.

Highlights of your role

  • Own the Scenic Door installation experience from quote through project completion, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Partner with customers, installation teams, and internal stakeholders to coordinate schedules, resources, and project execution.
  • Develop installation quotes, contracts, and service orders while supporting revenue and profitability goals.
  • Coordinate training requests and operational programs that support field teams and service excellence.
  • Maintain accurate data within Sales force and Origami, reporting, and business systems to support informed decision-making and operational effectiveness. 
  • Administer and support key operational programs, including Penske, Motive, and WEX. Manage and maintain service technician, vehicle, and service center databases to ensure accurate reporting, shipping support, and operational planning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance the customer experience, and drive operational efficiency.

  • Experience coordinating projects, installations, service operations, or other customer-facing programs.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive results and improve processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Also want to make sure you have

  • 3-5 years of experience in service operations, project coordination, customer service, installation management, sales support, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting compliance initiatives, risk management, operational programs, reporting, and data management activities.
  • Experience in building products, construction, manufacturing, home improvement, or related industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with business systems and tools such as CRM, ERP, reporting, fleet management, and Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation

$72,000 - $84,000, pay based on experience
