Job Overview

This position is responsible for assisting the Quality department to meet and exceed company goals. The Auditor is
responsible for auditing windows and doors on any of our production lines. This position will aid in training the other line associates on
Quality Standards. This position will assist in the development and implementation of improvement ideas, and to assist in the validation
of those changes. The Auditor is responsible for providing supervisors with immediate feedback on any Quality issues on the production
line.

 

Hours: Sunday- Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am, OT as required

Work Environment: Employee will frequently work in a clean, well-lit plant/warehouse environment and an office type setting. While in
the plant/warehouse the employee may be frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, vibration, wet/humid/moderate heat
conditions, and a moderate level of noise.


Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully
perform the essential functions of this job--reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform
essential functions. The Auditor must have the ability to alternate walking, standing for extended periods of time, sitting, climbing,
bending, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing, carrying or lifting up to 10-50 lbs. above chest level; while in the
plant/warehouse.


Education/ Training: High School Diploma/GED required- Six months to one year of related experience or training.
